At Rooba Shoes, we take pride in ensuring your orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time — whether you are shopping from Pakistan or abroad. This Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for both domestic and international customers.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Within Pakistan
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners: TCS and Call Courier.
- Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days for most major cities and 3–7 business days for remote or rural areas.
- Delivery is available Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders.
Domestic Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
- A standard delivery fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 3,000.
3. International Delivery (USA, UK & Other Regions)
We proudly ship worldwide using reliable international carriers: DHL, FedEx, and TCS International.
Estimated Delivery Time
- USA & UK: 6–10 business days
- Other countries: 7–14 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier schedules.)
International Shipping Charges
- Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.
- Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by local authorities upon arrival.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website using your tracking number:

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email are entered accurately at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address
- Customs or import delays
In case of a failed delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us. Reshipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs clearance procedures
- Courier service disruptions
- Peak holiday seasons
In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS and provide the latest tracking updates.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please report it within 48 hours of receipt:

8. Split Deliveries
In rare cases, items from your order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will be notified if your order is being delivered in multiple shipments.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier marks your order as “Delivered,” we consider the delivery successfully completed.
If you did not receive your package but the courier shows it as delivered, please contact our support team immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
